The restoration of Masseria Cervarolo was driven by the desire to preserve the authentic soul of this historic place, highlighting the beauty of its materials, proportions, and intimate connection with the Apulian landscape. The project carefully respected the original structure of the masseria, preserving its existing volumes and bringing to light the stone walls—discreet keepers of time and of the rural lives that have unfolded here over the centuries.
